Monument removal
We remove existing monuments in Ohio cemeteries. Most often the old one comes out on the same visit that the new one is set.

When we remove a monument
Replacing a monument
The old monument comes out on the same visit that the new one goes in. This is the most common removal we do.
Removal near our routes
When we already have work in the area, a removal fits into that trip.
A single removal far away
We can still come. A one-off removal far from our routes may cost more, and we tell you before we schedule it.
One visit for both jobs
Pairing a removal with a new setting saves a trip. The crane trailer lifts the old monument off, and the new one goes on the same foundation or a new one.
The foundation is still arranged by the cemetery, the funeral home or the dealer. Tell us if a new one is being poured.
What to send us
The cemetery and town, plus the section and lot. Add the size of the old monument and a photo if you have one.
Tell us whether a new monument goes in at the same time. We reply with a price and a date.
Questions about removal
Can you remove an existing monument?
Yes, in most cases. It depends on where the monument is and whether we have other work nearby. Often the old monument comes out on the same visit that the new one goes in.
Do you take the old monument away?
Tell us what should happen to it when you send the order. We will confirm what we can do with it before the visit.
Who arranges the removal with the cemetery?
The company that orders the work. Tell us about any cemetery rules or approvals, and we will follow them.
Do you repair or reset old monuments?
No. We deliver, set and remove monuments. We do not repair, clean or engrave them.
Tell us about the removal
Send the cemetery, the monument and where it is now. We reply with a price and a date.
